op: we are great employers, she's been with us almost 4 years and we helped her get through this process to get the green card... truthfully, we'd be ok if she left, the kids are getting older, but was curious if once she has a green card, suddenly different options open up, she is not educated beyond being a nanny, but she is an amazing nanny. Do you find that your upper eyelid area gets puffy for a couple weeks after the botox injections? that has happened to me the last two times i had the injections. I like the wrinkles gone from between my eyes, but i look like a have little rat eyes as i think the fluid has dripped down to above my eyes. anyone else experience that? [ Reply | More

I will google next. I have made a big effort to not make a "scrunchy/mean" face. I have been doing the lines between my eyebrows (11s) and big forehead wrinkles for about the past year. My derm explained that the botox makes the muscles relax so you can't make that expression, it was making me look really not so nice (even when face was in repose), so I've been making the effort to not do it. Make sense? She also told me that there is a chance that because I started relatively early, my lines may not come back. [ Reply | More
