If you already feel overwhelmed why have another? If 2 additional children doesn't make you feel less lonely, another surely wont. I think you're lonely for your DH and another child won't fix that. Plus, as your children get a little older they will not only be more self sufficient thereby helping you to not feel so overwhelmed, they'll also become better company and help with the loneliness.
