[ - ] Almost 4 y/o db still takes 4 naps a day. He's not exactly on a schedule but naps are generally of predictable length. He takes two morning naps - one about 1 to 1.5 hours after he wakes up. There is no such thing as a low cal meal at a restaurant, even if it is a vegetable plate. I am a pro dieter and if I really want to have a low cal meal out I order a salad with dressing on the side and a glass of wine and that is it. [ Reply | More

I think if have to be able to incorporate restaurant meals into your lifestyle if you want to maintain your weight. I don't believe in dieting. I think dieting is why our country is obese. Eat normally. Exercise daily. Enjoy life. [ Reply | More
