Almost 4 y/o db still takes 4 naps a day. He's not exactly on a schedule but naps are generally of predictable length. He takes two morning naps - one about 1 to 1.5 hours after he wakes up. This nap is usually 45 minutes long. Then a 1.5 to 2 hour nap later in the morning. Should I be trying to change/consolidate these two naps? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I think you mean 4 m/o? Anyway, I found that the naps merged naturally pretty quickly on their own. [ Reply | More ]

Don't bother. He's still very very small and he'll consolidate soon. I wouldn't worry about it; his body knows what it needs. [ Reply | More ]
