I am not anxious at all. We opted out of this, that said, I can still see how upsetting it could be for parents who live in an area with a terrible zoned school, especially since the DOE could have done a better job. It is upsetting to me because they are wasting money and resources that could be better used to improve all schools. All they would have to do would be to actually plan something. [ Reply | More

This is how my lawsuit will go if I learn (when the mail comes) that my 99 dd, for whom we put FC as NEST, doesn't get NEST, but we learn that a non-sibling 98 did. We walked from a big private school tuition payment, because of calculating the odds for a 99 getting into NEST. *clearly* would not have made the same decision if it were a 98 or 97.
