WWYD- dh deposited cash in an atm to cover a check that was being written. the cash and the check cleared onthe same day, but he was charged a $35fee b/c evidently they processed the check before the deposit AND he made the deposit 2 days before the check cleared [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

push again, and change banks if they don't help. Sounds like Chase-- very poor customer service. We switched to Commerce b/c of things like that, and they're so much better. [ Reply | More
