I'm just here to bitch about my co-worker. She can't keep anyone working for her. Her assistants have all quit. I've been at the company a year and she's been through four. Her most recent one quit last week. It sucks for her because it's her busy season (summer seasonal business), but she now wants to use my assistant to support her while she finds a new assistant. I don't mind, but what she wants my assistant to do is stuff that could be done by our word processing department. I don't want to seem like I'm not being a team player, but seriously. This is just typical of her bad management that she thinks that a skilled assistant needs to do this crap. Do I need to pony up my assistant? Can I suggest alternatives? (Note: I already said that we're available to help, but that I thought there were better ways to deal with this "crisis".) [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
