i used it to find a part time sitter when i was preg and on bedrest with #2. i had alot of specs - daytime, needed their own car, etc, but most of the replies were from students who didn't match. however, some of them sounded okay if i was looking for evenings. might be a good option until you meet people in the hood with better referrals.
