We lost the 4br :( This one seems like it can fixed up to look a lot better. Not all ranches need to be ugly. We thought - remove trees, proper paint color, maybe some new windows and more properly frame the entryway, remove the horrible kids pool fence in back yard, polish the desk, this could look pretty darn good. sorry you didn't get the 4bedder but this is one stunning house too. I don't know the locations etc well, personally I always hold out for best location. But if you want this place, go for it. I would hire a pro. Leave garden as is, hard to grow big trees, these add value. Hire interior designer or similar, esp one specializing in mid century to fix up the exterior. [ Reply | More
