op: I feel stuck. My kids are high school and middle school and it feels unfair to uproot them now for outdoor space which they don't care about. But I am scared we will be saddled with an apt in a co-op that we won't be able to sell in a year. [ Reply | More ]

I just sold my place at a loss in CT but so happy to be rid of it. I feel the economy is going to be vastly different next year. Rather have cash in hand. [ Reply | More ]
