s/o of my earlier post about a friend recruiting your direct reports. If you had a 'friend' who was doing that, and you knew, would you say anything to the friend? Or just ghost going forward? so confused by the situation. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

then he's an idiot and will fail regardless. I would keep my distance because what is the outcome you're seeking by telling him? In your situation my desired outcome would be to protect my business and myself, talking to this idiot is of no benefit to me and makes me look bad/petty, but letting others know he's a bad employer, has done X shitty stuff is just me being altruistic and trying to protect their interests. I know it sounds horrible but my employees are key to my business and a "friend" stealing my employee is the lowest of low. Also I hear that you want to vent, you want justice etc - vent by posting on UB or writing a private journal. Get revenge by living well. [ Reply | More
