Real Estate moms, when a listing says two car garage does that mean that there is space to park cars parallel so that you don’t have to move one to get the other one out? Or does it just mean can fit two cars? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

No. Usually a 2 car garage is side-by-side, but it is not wrong to list a 2 car garage where the configuration is different. you usually only see what you are describing in much old home, like 100 year old homes [ Reply | More

The issue is that it’s a town home with two residences so it looks like a two car garage on the listing/google maps but only one is for the listing. [ Reply | More
