Going through a divorce and hoping to improve myself in the process. I'm currently dieting, and plan to de-clutter and reorganize my apartment. What are some other things I can do for a fresh start? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

LOL - one of my mom's friends got divorced right around the time I got my first apartment. She got rid of a brand new sheet/bedspread/pillowcase and dust ruffle set so my mom sent it to me. I'm still using the dust ruffle in the guest bedroom, and the bedspread is pulled out of storage if we have tons of guests and it's cold. [ Reply | More ]

Once it's safe to do so get a few massages with a medically trained expert. I find them so restorative and indulgent. Reconnect with a few old friends who you really enjoy. Volunteer or take up a new hobby or brush up on foreign language skills. [ Reply | More ]
