Slice extra firm tofu into “cutlets” . I season them with soy sauce and sesame oil then bake it for 15 minutes in the toaster oven. Serve with garlic chili, sriracha or crunchy chili flakes with a side of veggies. [ Reply | More ]

Not my favorite but easy. If I am making egg salad for the family I also add diced firm tofu to increase the protein content. [ Reply | More ]

If you do a salad with lemon/mustard/honey dressing and on top add roasted beets, roasted sweet potato, tahini, tofu, sprouts, and hemp seeds you are never going to be hungry again. Enjoy! Make sure to press press press because tofu w/water sogginess is grody [ Reply | More ]

Roast beets by peeling them. Add crushed thyme, salt, pepper, EVOO. Once roasted, drizzle on a cup of orange juice with about two tablespoons of vinegar. They are to die for. Last about a week in fridge in the juices. [ Reply | More ]

One tip if you want really firm tofu is to freeze it first. When you thaw it, press out the extra water and cut - it will really hold its shape. [ Reply | More ]
