How much sleep do your kids get and how old are they? What time do they go to bed and rise? Everyday feels like Friday night/Saturday around here lately. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Tween DD is similar. In normal times she's in bed by 8:30-9 but lately closer to 9:30. And she always gets up EARLY no matter what. [ Reply | More

7 and 10 yo are in bed by 8:30 and up around 6:30-7. 13 yo is more like 10-6:30. I really hope he starts to sleep in sometime soon. [ Reply | More

12 yo sleeps from 9.30-7.30 on school days. On weekends she would sleep till noon if we let her. 8 yo goes to be at 8pm and wakes up at 7.30am [ Reply | More

8 and 10 year olds usually go down around 11pm (pre covid bedtime was 9 but they would stay up talking until 10 or later anyway). 14 year old around midnight. I've given up yelling "go to bed" and just warn that they'll be tired in the morning, but they never are. [ Reply | More

My 15 yo DS goes to sleep around 1 and wakes up at 8:30, and my 18 yo DD goes to sleep at 2 and wakes up at 11. Her college isn't in EST so she's up on Zoom with her friends late at night a lot. [ Reply | More
