Real estate rant: Stop listing your apartment as a "classic 6" if you ripped down the dining room wall to make a "great room" and/or ripped out the maid's room for a larger kitchen. People who are searching for those terms typically want the floorplan in tact! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Just the maid's room wall. And it's only really half down. Has an easily destroyable arch. You know, dry wall. (that seems distinct to me because every other wall in my apt is plaster and much more of a big deal to take down.) [ Reply | More
