Mediterranean, lots of vegetables, soups, beans, very little meat. I am open to cooking any cuisines. [ Reply | More ]

A lot of Ina Garten and All Recipes recipes. Or things on the web. I love to grill. Recently been delving into more Indian and Asian foods, but just dabbling. [ Reply | More ]

Whatever is edible by 2 adults and 2 toddlers (3 and 1) - lots of pasta variations, tacos, kebabs, burgers, quiche, etc. I can’t wait for the day when I can make something more interesting again... [ Reply | More ]

In the summer lots of meat, fish and veggies grilled, and salads. We focus on fresh incrediants often eating things that were bought that day. In the winter it's stews, roasts, and pizza nights, and the fall is barbeque season. DH and I love to cook together, the kids are now in on it too, it's a typical weekend activity for us. I can follow the most complex recipes like a gourmand and have wowed as a result. That said, I absolutely suck at improvising. I think I need to sit down with salt, fat, acid, heat and get my learning on to become better. [ Reply | More ]

I'm the opposite. I can cook all kinds of impressive meals off the cuff but if you give me a recipe for boxed mac and cheese, I manage to ruin it. [ Reply | More ]
