Isn't it odd that the george floyd and the police officer worked together for years? Does anyone know more about that? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

agree, I can't help but wonder if there is a larger back story. Obviously he didn't deserve to die and the officer was totally unjustified in his actions. [ Reply | More ]

I think he was intoxicated and acting strangely according to the store clerk, maybe they thought it would be difficult to arrest him? Plus he was known to these police officers. who knows. [ Reply | More ]

Exactly- there is more to the story; granted, the officer is in the wrong- no denying that but I can't help wonder what else are we are not being told. The media's narrative is singular... [ Reply | More ]

he could have said he screwed my mom last night as well as allegedly passed a $20 counterfeit bill AND HE STILL DOES NOT DESERVE TO DIE. One can only wonder if Chauvin radioed, "Oh, I've got this call." [ Reply | More ]

THIS! I don't care if he allegedly murdered 50 people - absolutely no cop has the right to KILL a man upon arrest. [ Reply | More ]

So are half the people in middle America. Why are white men in Ohio who are high on fentanyl not murdered by cops? [ Reply | More ]

I read they worked security at the same club, but not at the same times. Minneapolis is a small city. [ Reply | More ]

Chauvin was security, Floyd was a bouncer. They wouldn't have worked next to each other. Their boss said they may or may not have known each other in passing, but they didn't work together. [ Reply | More ]

No it isn't odd. Co workers kill co-workers all the time. Friends kill friends all the time. Husband kill wives all the time. [ Reply | More ]

This, which could turn a Murder 3 into Murder 1. Unfortunately, I think they weren't "coworkers" - just employed at different times by the same employer [ Reply | More ]
