I hear you - we have been super strict about quarantine, getting school done, etc. and all of it is just an insane amount of stress (on top of being simultaneously swamped at work in crisis mode, while fearing losing your job). Just a few more weeks!! Hope you can find a day camp option for DC this summer, even if it's just for a couple of hours or days a week. [ Reply | More

OP: It was challenging pre-pandemic, but it just feels like it's leveled up to an unsustainable place right now. I know I need help - psychologist, etc. But I'm so slammed with his school and my work each day, I have no energy to sort that part out. All I want to do at the end of the day is pour a glass of wine or dive directly into the bottle. I cut out booze though because I felt like it was messing with my sleep. [ Reply | More

Nope. Divorce was never on our radar - been together 15 years and have 2 elementary aged kids. The stress of this shit just has us fighting constantly. I wasn't implying that our relationship was shitty or unfit... but if stuff sucks for US, I can only imagine how awful it is for someone who is in a terrible relationship. [ Reply | More
