IF moms: my weight loss has plateaued for a couple weeks after slow and steady losing and then gone back to losing? I'm in my late 40s, so I'm not expecting super fast loss, but hate to see the scale stuck for weeks. I'm still significantly overweight and feeling heavy for my frame. I'm not restricting calories/carbs in my window at all, and I have already lost a fair amount of weight this way. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Mix it up. Switch to alternate day fasting. I think it helps to keep your body guessing. Do you have a lot to lose or a little. The closer you get to goal, the slower it comes off. I also like doing water fasts for a couple days. But that's just me. [ Reply | More ]

Np: agree with above poster. You have to shock your body. You can either add exercise if you haven’t been or change your IF you’re or cut calories even more. Gl! [ Reply | More ]
