But it is a real community not a summer destination. Great schools, great weather, walkable. Not where you go for a house and a yard and distance between your neighbors. Lots of transplanted NYers for that reason. [ Reply | More

we went to vancouver last summer and I was blown away by the beauty of that city. There are a LOT Of homeless people and drugs on the street though, people shooting up right out in the open. I had never actually seen that before but it was pretty prevalent. [ Reply | More
