When can you give berries? Is it just strawberries that should be avoided? So much baby food/yogurt has berry flavors, I thought they were a no-no [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

blueberries are okay from 7 -8 months or so. strawberries and raspberries best to wait until a little older. some say 1 yr. (blueberries aren't in the same family) [ Reply | More ]
