I had my dc tested because I was concerned about our local school. But so many ppl seem to want their kids to go to this school or that school because they are already planning on heir kid going to Harvard or Yale. Why is this? Of course, one should support her dc and try to give them the best in life. However, isn't planning your dc's Ivy league education when they are only 5 a bit much? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Because ppl are putting so much pressure on themselves and their children by having them tested for all of these "great" schools. From my impression, many of these parents are so concerned about their dc's K school because they want their dc to get into a IL school. [ Reply | More
