Want to buy 1st house. Have 1b in daycare now. Trying to figure out where to move now that gas prices are so high. Town of db's daycare & my work doesn't have as good of schools as town that DH works in. If we move to the town that DH works in, the housing stock is pricier and I will still have to commute close to 50min each way but will be near grocery stores for dinner on the way home. Really need to move out of crowded rental. Give me your opinion if you bought when you had one under age one. Thanks. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

that's sort of a toss up. but sounds like the DH town is better choice if you like the town as much as your work town. also keep in mind where you'll want to be if one of your jobs changes. [ Reply | More
