Moms with a lot of ear infection experience (#1 never had them, so I don't know anything about them) 1 yr old had first ear infection 3 weeks ago, cleared up fine. Past 3-5 days has been tugging at ear, sleeping poorly (waking up cranky at 5 and congested in the a.m.) but no fever and fine during the day, only occasionally tugging at ear. Another ear infection? Or just fluid in the ear from the previous infection or current congestion? Will call ped today, but just curious what other's experience is, don't want to give antibiotics if don't need it...
