Are there any current or past Effexor takers on? I have been taking the started dose (37.5 mg) for two weeks and the past few days have been waking up at night and not been able to go back to sleep. I have also been sweating like crazy. Did you experience this? Did you take it at night or in the morning? I've been taking it at night which might be my sleeping problem... [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

totally normal. i was so sweaty and a little jittery the first month of taking it -- but it will help -- just give it a chance... 37.5 is a starter dose and you'll probably go up to 75mg -- it does really work... [ Reply | More
