I noticed a colleague at a work event last week had "fallen off the wagon". Previously he had spoken to me about how well he was doing with AA and such. He avoided me at the event. We are not close at all, and I am somewhat of an authority figure, so I am reluctant to see how he is doing. I am not righteous, just supportive and a listener. What should I do - MYOB? If you are an authority figure at his work I'm not sure there is a way you can approach this that would be helpful. Hopefully he will have friend/family who are also concerned. [ Reply | More ]
