I make it a few different ways. Sometimes I dip it in egg breadcrumb and then fry, sometimes serve thatt way sometimes make a side sauce with butter garlic and wine and drizzle on top. Also sometimes I just put under the broiler plain sole and put a breadcrumb oliveoil and garlic mixture ontop and let it crisp up [ Reply | More
