1. About her previous experience (years, kids, ages). 2. What would she do in a typical day with your child (ask about rainy days and winter days as well). 3. Her comfort level in attending activities you set up for your child (i.e. an art or music class that is caregiver attended/mommyandme). 4. Her philosophy of discipline. 5. What activities does she enjoy doing with children (reading, park, library...). 6. Does she feel comfortable going on playdates? Don't be nervous...The important thing is to see how she interacts with your child AND if she fits into your parenting style/ideals. [ Reply | More
