just found out that xdh will not be paying for dd's all girl private.I have no $ and he is not even paying child support.I have talked with school who said until the balance from the previous yr is takem care of she cannot come back.She is in pre-k and did not get into 87; [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

If he is, I can give you some advice. my exDH tried that trick and we nailed him with financial judgments. not hard to do, IRS helps to crack down, freeze his bank accounts, etc. You will have the law on your side. GL! [ Reply | More
