again, you can play it both ways. but this is a touchy market. Any ethical attorney will advise you to stick with the first offer and take the second as back up. You could mention the offer and tell them they need to complete their end in a timely manner. But that's my personal opinion. Legally you can abort atty review for any reason. [ Reply | More ]

That's the thing, we like the first couple but we also like that the 2nd offer is 10K above. The 2nd offer seems a bit risky which is why I'm leaning towards sticking with #1, but didn't know if we could try and press them into making a higher offer. Do people do that? [ Reply | More ]
