If a baby is going to be a thumb sucker, when do they start? Right away? Or can they start after a few months? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

My thumb sucker (now 7 and still sucks when upset or to go to sleep) sucked in the womb and was so desperate to get to it when she was an infant that we propped it up on a pillow for her. [ Reply | More

OP: My first db was a thumbsucker, too, but for the life of me I can't remember if she always was, or if it started later. db #2 is 12 weeks old now... [ Reply | More
