I'm looking for an umbrella stroller that reclines (for a 1-year old so it doesn't need to be full recline). Considering the Maclaren Triumph, Inglesina Swift, Bugaboo Bee, or Chicco Caddy. I know these are all different, including price, but does anyone have any opinions on these or others? Thanks very much! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I think the Triumph is the best of this bunch. I don't get the Bug Bee. What do you get for the $500 you have to plunk down? I can see why the other Bugs are $800 or so but this one? [ Reply | More ]

I have a Bee and I love it. Very smooth, one-handed steering, decent storage underneath and narrow, which makes navigating Manhhattan and all of the little aisles in tiny stores easier. I don't get what others 'don't get' about the Bee. *shrug* I think some just think it's cool to hate it. [ Reply | More ]

Thanks. How is it to fold? Our nanny will be using it when she takes DC on the bus. I've seen that the Bee can fold quite compactly, but I'm mostly interested in a quick, one-hand fold. [ Reply | More ]

It's easy to fold, but it's two handed. My gf has a Maclaren and she says she can never get it folded with one hand either, fwiw. :/ It is the one thing that I wish it had, but it hasn't been a problem yet... [ Reply | More ]

not on your list, but I have the maclaren quest and it's pretty easy to fold while holding the baby. [ Reply | More ]
