Had a delicious italian cookie this weekend that I'd love to bake... don't know the name but it was a flat, round, golden color with pine nuts on top, and it was slightly chewy. Anyone know the name and if you have a recipe source for me, I'd love to have it! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

The Italian word for pine nuts is pinogles or pingoles or something like that.I bet if you can find out that word then google "pingole cookies" you'll find the recipe. [ Reply | More ]
