Any recommendations on where in London should I look for a house? Would prefer an area with parks and good public (state) schools within 1 hr of central London. TIA [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Depends on your budget. London has great areas right next to rough areas so you will find good/bad spread all over. We lived in Pimlico which was very central and quite a good place to live. If you want a good state school I would live outside London say Surrey. [ Reply | More ]

Wimbledon is ok I have family there. We have been considering moving to the Claygate area of Surrey as we have friends there and it's commutable to London. [ Reply | More ]
