anyone (particularly someone who has been through divorce) care to walk through my issues re: my potential/impending separation/divorce (warning, i have posted before). My DH and I have been through control issues re: money, among other things, and I snapped. I told him I needed separation (because for 3 months my anger has not subsided). He won't leave AND give me money. My lawyer even sent his lawyer a letter. He says "why should you have a windfall? If you really just wanted a separation, that would be good enough". My lawyer said I would be setting bad precedent. Anyway, I found an apartment. It would require me moving with 2 kids for a year. I'm prepared to do it and still go to counseling.
