Can ANYONE please tell me why someone has a wedding at 10 am with the reception right after? Is it a pancake b-fast? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I've heard of this- and the church where we got married at 10am, 12n, and 2pm slots available, so can't be too uncommon [ Reply | More ]

it's probably the only time they could afford. evening rentals are much more expensive and a brunch or lunch reception isn't unheard of. if you don't want to go, don't go. [ Reply | More ]

I think it could actually be quite elegant- not a rocking party but a nice ceremony followed by a brunch [ Reply | More ]
