when mine napped 2x a day, it was like clockwork - 9:00am - 11:00am, 1pm - 4pm. I almost never managed to get out before her first nap, but always went out between naps - the dog had to be walked (DH took her out in the morning before he went to work). [ Reply | More

9 am and 1 pm, and we only leave in the a.m. to drop her sister off at school around 8/8:15. We do our outside time between 11 and 1 and later in the day [ Reply | More
