Definitely yes - your budget will work quite comfortably here in beautiful sunshiny San Diego! I would recommend these areas to start looking into first, as these are some of the finest cities San Diego has to offer - and with your Budget - you'll fit right in like a charm!! Escondido, La Jolla, & Del Mar are all beautiful areas that are all very close to our San Diego Beaches - If you would prefer more of a "out in the country" type of neighborhood I would definitely recommend Lakeside! It is not as high end as the first three I mentioned, but it is a darling and very quaint type of town that has an awesome community and lots of horse people living in it! (It even has a Rodeo!) Lakeside is about 25 minutes from the San Diego Beaches and isn't as congested with traffic as the first three cities I mentioned... Another cute little quaint town just a few min away from Lakeside is a lovely town called, Blossom Valley - It is more high-end and also has an awesome community! The cities I would recommend that you avoid right off the bat would be El Cajon, La Mesa, and especially National City... These areas tend to have a higher level of crime rates, and are just no where near as pretty as the rest! I hope this helps! If I can help with anything else - or be a sounding board for you - feel free to reach me at service@shabbyroses.com Good luck - and welcome to America's Finest City!! [ Reply | More ]
