does anyone know how i calculate my luteal phase? do i start counting with the day of ovulation or the day after? also do i count the day of my period or stop counting the day before? trying to figure out if i have a short luteal phase. thanks! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

i think you start with the day of ovulation until the day before your period which is the last day of the cycle. the first day of your period is day 1 of your next cycle [ Reply | More ]
