going for my pregnancy glucose test tomorrow morning. i shouldn't eat any sweets tonight, right? and should i fast tomorrow morning even though the doctor said to eat breakfast? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

people think fasting will mean lower numbers, but the opposite is true. without anything else in your stomach your blood sugar will spike. With some protein/fat it will be digested slowly, no spike (unless you actually have GD). [ Reply | More ]
