I have started to jogging and go to the park 3days a week for a mile run/walk. should i do 30min elliptical on these days or too much? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

yes. and try to get your run/walk to 30 minutes at a min.. since thats when you start to get all the benefit. [ Reply | More ]
