unless they're red, then you can leave them on, but you have to boil them longer and you need sour cream or a lot of milk/butter to get them as creamy. [ Reply | More ]

In general, first. There is an Italian version of mashed potato with garlic and oo instead of cream/milk/butter. In this one you usually peel after to keep the potatoes from absorbing the water. [ Reply | More ]
