How much does Citibank suck. I had my purse stolen and I am much more upset with them than the individual that stole my card. I had to go to the branch b/c they person on the phone couldn't locate my account/it takes them a week to replace the card even though AmEx can do it almost immediately/and I can't go online to see my account or pay bills.
