How does Goodwill work? I have 2 bags of childrens clothes and I want the tax receipt, is it better to have an itemized list of whats in the bag or do I just generalize the amount? How do I choose the value? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

It won't be worth a lot. Maybe $50-$75. Not worth doing a lot of work for. Each charity handles this differently. We give to Out of the Closet, which gives you a slip that you fill out yourself. [ Reply | More
