which are the best mouse traps to have in a home that also has a toddler and a newborn? came home from vacation last night and saw THREE mice. UGH. do the ones that emit a high sound work? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

the ultrasonic pest machines do NOT work. I have seen mice run around happily in my house while I have the machines plugged in :-( we got the snap traps baited w/ PB and put them in areas that are easy for a mouse, but hard for a kid to get too. glue traps did not work, mice could eat the PB w/o getting stuck. sigh. np: i think once you rid your house of mice then the pest machines work but you have to get rid of the mice first. ugh. good luck [ Reply | More ]

I have the same problem. The sticky ones work best. City mice are tough. I tried the snap traps, and pellets. I have caught 2 with sticky traps. [ Reply | More ]
