29wks pg had have the worst hemrroids! Waiting for ob to call back, but have had 2 thrombosed ones lance in the past. Just went to the bathroom adn there was a little blood when I wiped. Anyone btdt? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

since it's a chronic thing, i'd go easy on the use of the witch hazel - as an astringent it can dry out your membranes. there is something sold otc in the pharmacy area called balneol - a perianal cleanser that is good (expensive, but soothing). as a preventative, take colace on a regular basis.
