pump and dump-please explain how this works, i.e you took a med not recommmended for breastfeeding and want it out of milk [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

pumping is not going to get it out of your system. not sure about meds but alcohol leaves your milk the same way it leaves your blood. the only reason to "pump and dump" is to avoid engorgement while you are waiting for it to clear your system. [ Reply | More
