I'll try again... final divorce hearing the 9th of June. Soon to be ex didn't fill out any paperwork he was suppose to, or take the mandatory parenting class (in CO.) It was all due 10 days before the 9th. I want this to be over-are they going to postpone it another month or few months or however long? So frustrating--just want to be done. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I responded that since he did not complete the mandatory parenting classes it will probably get postponed and it depends on how far back the court calendar is backed up. [ Reply | More

I'm assuming that you have never been through a divorce. It is a lengthy, grueling process that sucks the life out of you and is completely unfair. Except for the blood sucking lawyers that get paid for every court appearance even if its adjourned. [ Reply | More
