We are expecting a second dc and we will need new car and bigger home. Currently live in a 2 bd condo and will need a bigger place. Went car shopping this weekend and went to an open house and feeling overwhelmed with the changes. We haven't had a car payment in over 4 years and we currently only pay 2800 for our mortgage. We will now have about 400-500 car payment and our mortgage will go up. Also, the house we went to see was 1.3 and I was not impressed AT ALL [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

you don't get a lot for your money these days. as for the car, do you need to get a new one? maybe a preowned one? as for homes, the right one will come to you -- a lot of people price their houses too high -- you might find something better if you keep looking [ Reply | More
